The customer undertakes to declare his true identity, so as to be able to provide, in case of formal request by the Judicial authority, the appropriate information to be able to prosecute any crimes perpetrated through the telematics tool.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the aforementioned law, Royal Blue SRLS where necessary for the execution of the contract Royal Blue SLR the provision of data is mandatory as necessary for the purpose of executing the contract.

With the following contract, the customer authorizes Royal Blue SRLS to send at customer’s e-mail box information on events, discounts and promotional launch of products; Royal Blue SRLS can then check, without disturbing the regular use of the service, the visits made to the Web sites belonging to a default catalog, complied and updated by Royal Blue SRLS only in order to plan and customize the sending of e-mail service in the interest of the customer.

In any case Royal Blue SRLS in relation to the processing of data, the customer may exercise at the competent offices the rights provided for in Royal Blue SRLS.
