General Conditions of Sale
The online purchase and sale contract means the distance contract, i.e. The legal transaction concerning movable goods and/or services concluded between a supplier, in this case Royal Blue SRLS with registered office in 278, Via Dei Gracchi, Rome, Italy (hereinafter “the supplier”), and another natural or legal person (hereinafter “the customer”) acting within the framework of their professional activity, within a distance sales system organized by the supplier which, for this contract, uses exclusively the technology of remote communication called “internet”.
All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the customer to the website corresponding to the URL address www.royalblueit.com, if following the indicated procedures and legal conditions described in the electronic commerce framework agreement that is an integral part of this contract, will conclude the contract for the purchase of goods and/or services.
The following are the conditions governing the sale of Royal Blue SRLS
Royal Blue SRLS any new rules will be effective from the moment they are published on the site www.royalblueit.com and they will refer to sales made from that point forward. We invite the customer to read these conditions carefully.
Terms of payment and delivery
Royal Blue SRLS the customer can choose between the payment and delivery conditions available on the site. Payment or delivery methods other than those indicated by the customer are not permitted. The products are sold at the prices indicated on the site, until these are modified; the prices are expressed in Euros, the payment will be made in Euros/Dollar or Crypto(electronic) currency.
If the sale is also aimed at EU countries, the amounts of duties and taxes will be borne by the recipient.
Delivery are not conducted to the countries with restrictions for the specified goods and/or services
Acceptance of orders
In order to place an order, you must be of legal age and be a registered user.
The orders received by Royal Blue SRLS will be considered binding only if the customer receives confirmation from Royal Blue SRLS by e-mail that the entire process has been completed regularly: payment has been authorized and the products are available. The customer is invited to print the e-mail and keep it. If the customer does not receive the confirmation email within four (4) working days, he is invited to contact Royal Blue SRLS info@royalblueit.com.
None of the information contained on www.royalblueit.com it can be considered as an offer, but it constitutes an invitation to offer.
If an order should exceed the quantities really available existing in stock, the supplier through the system will inform the customer that the order can be processed but in lower quantities. In no case will the supplier process a customer’s order in quantities exceeding those requested.
Additional certifications such as GIA, SSEF are provided upon requests and that may be applicable additional charges
Right of withdrawal
If the customer should receive goods that are not intact, defective or damaged during transport, please immediately report the incident to Royal Blue SRLS the product must, in this case, be returned to Royal Blue SRLS the shipment of the products is in this case, the responsibility of the sender.
As soon as the Royal Blue SRLS will have received the goods, will be checked and if all is respect what is written above, will proceed immediately to the replacement (if available) or refund of the sums paid for the same excluding the cost of shipping.

Terms of delivery and sending of the invoice
Royal Blue SRLS the ordered products will be delivered to the courier (Ferari/GLS courier services). (N. B. pursuant to art. 6 d. lgs.185/99 the execution of the order must take place within 30 days from the order).
At the time of shipment, an invoice is issued to the registry corresponding to the registered customer. The invoice will include the costs of the products and ancillary costs (transport costs, insurance, etc.)
In no case invoices will be issued after the shipment of the material, nor to third parties other than the holder of the customer account that placed the order.
Royal Blue SRLS will ship the products within 2/4 working days of receipt of payment, but will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from any delay occurred during transport.
Warranty and assistance
Royal Blue SRLS in the event that the customer should find an anomaly in the products, it is requested to communicate the incident within 14 days from the delivery of the product, in written form by registered letter with return receipt.
Royal Blue SRLS guarantees that the products comply with Italian and European Union (EU) regulations applicable to them and the United Nations resolution regarding the Kimber Proc

Authorization
By filling in the appropriate space on the website, the customer authorizes Royal Blue SRLS to use their credit card to debit your bank account for the total amount shown, as the cost of the purchase made online. All the procedure is done through a connection protected by *** bank, owner of the online payment service.
Accountability
Royal Blue SRLS does not assume any responsibility for disruptions due to force majeure such as accidents, strikes and/or lockouts, natural events or other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the time agreed.
Royal Blue SRLS will not be held responsible to the customer, its assignees or third parties for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, having the aforementioned subjects entitled only to the refund of the price paid.
Likewise, Royal Blue SRLS will not be held responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made, by third parties, of credit cards, cheques and other means of payments, at the time of payment of the purchased products. In case of delay or non-timely delivery of the products at the agreed time for which Royal Blue SRLS.
Obligations of the buyer
Once the online purchase procedures have been completed, the customer undertakes to print and preserve these general conditions which, moreover, customer will have already viewed and accepted, as an obligatory step in the registration and purchase process, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in article 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/99.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
All contracts concluded with Royal Blue SRLS. It is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
The customer who declares to have read and expressly approve, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and following of the Civil Code, the content of points 7-8-9-10 (Applicable Law and Jurisdiction), can continue in the transaction via the internet, clicking ACCEPT at registration at www.royalblueit.com.
Claim
Any errors in shipments or lack of material must be reported in writing. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be verified within 14 calendar days of receipt. Any anomalies arising from transport damage, must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to Royal Blue SRLS info@royalblueit.com detailing the damage found and affixing “subject to intact package control” or “subject to damaged package control” on the courier’s transport document. Any reporting beyond the aforementioned terms, will not be taken into account. Any defects or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing using the form downloadable from the site in the section “inquiries” and shipped with tracking code(Tracking):

Returns of goods
The return of goods must be requested in writing via the dedicated option in the order history section of your account. The reasons for the return and the purchase reference of the goods must be indicated. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, in the original packaging and shipped free to the address below, the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us (Enter the name, geographical address and, if available, telephone number and e-mail address) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example, a dedicated form in the order history section of the customer account or e-mail).
